How It Began.
I’ve been a mortgage broker in Victoria for 10 years, and a bank account manager before that. I’ve gained a lot of experience in helping people, and I’ve learned a lot. Like, the bank is always going to sell you their credit card, even if you don’t need it. Trust me, I was one of those guys, and I didn’t like it one bit. When I decided I didn’t want to be part of it anymore, I went out on my own.

I’ve seen what everyone else does. I do it better.
The bank and broker world is huge. So many advertising ploys. The banks try to sell you on how much they care, but honestly, you’re just a number to them.
Then you’ve got “John Doe Mortgages”; some lost soul trying to do too much at once. There’s probably a 50/50 chance you’d have a good experience, because he doesn’t have the capacity to handle a lot of clients.
There’s discount and online mortgage brokers. They lure you in with a sexy rate, only to say that you don’t qualify. What a let down.
After so many years of seeing banks, brokers, and online lenders fail their clients, I said to myself, I’m going to be different. I’m going to break the mold, and start a company that provides great service and super low rates.
I like to think of myself as the Luke Skywalker of mortgages. Fighting evil banks, helping people around me, just trying to make a real difference.
