David Steinberg, BComm, AMP
Mortgage Broker & Owner
David is the Owner Broker and Chief Strategist at Olympic Mortgages. David has a strategy call with every client to ensure they have the best mortgage strategy, and true clarity into their application.
Having worked in banking and lending for over 16 years, he has a deep understanding of the industry and always keeps his clients’ best interest in the forefront of every transaction. David has worked tirelessly over the years, working miracles and getting deals done that his clients believed weren’t possible. His long standing relationships with underwriting teams and various lenders means he can go to bat for his clients and get the deal done.
Darla Donais
Sr. Underwriter
Once a mortgage application is in progress, Darla takes over and manages the underwriting
process from start to finish. As our Documents Fulfillment Specialist, she is our in-house
expert on collecting client documents and liaising with our lenders to ensure that all
documentation is accepted and approved. She manages our deal flow process and ensures
that all requirements are met on time, and that the file is complete and ready to fund by the
closing date.
Roxan Shanks, BComm
Mortgage Broker
Roxan is focused on the customer mortgage journey being as smooth and stress free as
possible from start to finish. She ensures that each client experience and conversation occurs
with the highest level of customer service in mind. This customer centric approach leaves
Olympic clients feeling confident that they have secured the best mortgage products for their
situation. Taking the time to understand client requirements results in Olympic Mortgage
offering the best solutions to each and every client, time and time again.
Kamal Sandhu
Underwriter & Fulfillment Specialist
Kamal works alongside Roxan and Darla to provide mortgage services to our clients. Kamal believes in providing excellent customer service, and building & maintaining quality client relationships.

Olympic Mortgages works with a variety of lending partners including major banks, monoline lenders, B-lenders and private lenders.
Our long standing relationships with our lending partners and dedicated underwriters means our files are prioritized, and we can communicate directly with the decision makers on a file to get the deal done. If a deal doesn’t fall within standard guidelines, we often work with our dedicated underwriters and management to get exceptions.
In addition to our regular lending partners, we also have an exclusive partnership with a lowest rate monoline lender that rewards Canadians with great credit by giving them today’s lowest rates.

We understand that buying a home can be a hectic & stressful time, no matter if its your first home or tenth. Our goal at Olympic Mortgages is to make the mortgage application process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Our online application and documents submission portal allows our clients to upload documents directly from their computer or mobile device.
